In situations where vision, comfort and protection are required under extreme conditions, the G24 Guardian desert TRF delivers uncompromising performance. The unbreakable frame and self-tinting lenses ensure maximum safety and optimized vision – developed for missions with changing light conditions, reflective surfaces and demanding movement profiles. Certified according to EN166 and STANAG 2920, this model offers reliable protection and top performance.
Frame: NBFX polymer with shape memory
The frame is made from patented NBFX (Non Breaking Flex Polymer), a high-performance polymer that is completely shatterproof, dimensionally stable and airbag-safe. Even after severe deformation, the material reliably returns to its original shape – without splintering or forming sharp edges. This property is particularly relevant in dynamic situations or vehicle operations.
The low specific weight of 37 g reduces fatigue during long periods of wear and ensures a pressure-free fit – even in combination with helmets, hearing protection or ballistic headgear.Temples: INCLINOX technology for individual adjustment

The G24 model is equipped with NBFX TRANSFORMER energizer F2–F4 lenses. These offer self-adjusting tint based on ambient light, in the filter category range of F2 to F4. They are ideal for changing light conditions: from diffuse brightness to direct sun and highly reflective surfaces. The base lens color “energizer” supports visual clarity in motion and reflections.
The integrated TRINITY Lens Technology combines high light transmission, UV block and contrast enhancement, along with an Abbe value of approximately 45. This high number significantly reduces chromatic aberration – a decisive advantage in fast target acquisition, orientation and visual perception in demanding environments.
The lenses offer 100 % protection from UVA/UVB radiation in the 280–400 nm range and remain shatterproof, even under strong mechanical impact from particles or fragments. This makes them suitable for demanding operational environments.
Certification: EN166 & STANAG 2920
The G24 Guardian desert TRF meets the requirements of EN166 for personal eye protection (optical class 1) as well as STANAG 2920 for evaluating ballistic resistance. The tested V50 value of 296 m/s confirms effective protection against fragments and projectile impacts – well above the minimum standard.
This makes the model suitable for both civilian operations and tactical applications where maximum eye protection and optical performance are essential.
Production: Sustainable, local, technically refined
Production takes place entirely in Austria at the company’s own facility in the Tyrolean Zillertal. Development, testing and manufacturing are combined under one roof – with maximum material control, high production depth and a sustainable approach.
