The G13 Guardian leaf is designed for demanding operational profiles under intense light, mechanical stress and extended use. Combining an unbreakable frame, precise optics and ergonomic construction, it serves as a reliable tool for tactical and outdoor-focused scenarios – functional, durable, and maintenance-free.
Frame: NBFX polymer with shape retention
At the core of the frame is the patented NBFX (Non Breaking Flex Polymer) – a high-performance polymer developed in Austria, offering outstanding elasticity and structural stability. It is entirely shatterproof and form-retaining: even under heavy deformation, the frame returns to its original shape. The material is also airbag-safe, meaning no dangerous splinters or sharp edges form upon impact – a critical safety advantage over conventional plastics.
With a specific weight of just 1.11 g/cm³, NBFX ranks among the lightest materials in tactical optics. Its low mass reduces fatigue during extended operations and ensures a pressure-free fit – even when worn with helmets, communication headsets, or load-bearing gear.
Temples: INCLINOX technology for custom adjustment
The INCLINOX temples can be cold-formed for individual adjustment – tool-free, reversible, and precise. Angle, curvature, and pressure points can be tailored exactly to the user’s head shape, equipment setup, or mission profile. Once set, the adjustment remains stable over time.

The G13 Guardian leaf is equipped with NBFX STRATOS lenses in anthracite tint and filter category F3. This fixed tint is ideal for operations in bright environments, reflective surfaces, or high-contrast lighting – such as urban zones, mountain terrain, or water-based missions.
The NBFX STRATOS material provides outstanding impact resistance and optical clarity. Integrated TRINITY Lens Technology enhances these properties with a multi-stage system of high light transmission, UV blocking, and precise contrast filtering. An Abbe value of 45 ensures reduced color fringing and sharp image edges – even during rapid movement or dynamic focus shifts.
The lenses block 100% of UVA and UVB radiation (280–400 nm) and remain intact and functional even under heavy mechanical impact. This makes them a dependable component for challenging environments with high light and physical risk exposure.

Like all Guardian-series models, the G13 leaf complies with the European EN166 standard for optical quality and durability as well as the military NATO STANAG 2920 directive for ballistic resistance. A verified V50 value of 296 m/s in fragmentation testing confirms its high resilience against mechanical threats – critical for tactical deployment.
Production: Sustainable, local, and technically refined
Gloryfy manufactures the entire G13 series entirely in Austria, at its in-house facility in the Tyrolean Zillertal.
