The G13 Guardian leaf SET combines rugged construction, ballistic protection, and modular functionality. It includes two lens options – tinted (F3) and clear (F0) – covering a wide range of light conditions and operational scenarios. The unbreakable frame, precise TRINITY optical technology, and tool-free lens exchange make this set a flexible solution for dynamic field environments.
Frame: NBFX polymer with shape retention
Manufactured from NBFX (Non Breaking Flex Polymer), the frame offers maximum elasticity, absolute impact resistance, and form stability. Even under significant mechanical stress, the frame remains intact and returns to its original shape. It is airbag-safe and does not splinter – making it ideal for critical safety operations.
With a specific weight of just 1.11 g/cm³, NBFX is among the lightest materials used in tactical optics. The construction ensures pressure-free wear over long durations – even in combination with helmets, comms systems, or tactical headgear.
Temples: INCLINOX technology for precise adjustment
The INCLINOX temples can be adjusted individually – tool-free, cold-formable, and permanently stable. Angle, pressure distribution, and fit can be fine-tuned in seconds to match operational profiles, head shape, and equipment. This prevents pressure points and guarantees a secure hold even during movement or in high temperatures.

This set includes two lens options: NBFX STRATOS anthracite F3 for high-glare environments and an additional NBFX clear lens for low-light, indoor, or nighttime use. The tool-free lens exchange allows for rapid configuration changes – right in the field.
Both lenses are made from shatterproof NBFX material and feature the TRINITY Lens Technology: a multi-layer system providing high light transmission, precise color fidelity, and minimized chromatic aberration (Abbe value: 45). Especially in dynamic situations, the sharp image quality offers a tactical advantage for situational awareness and responsiveness.
The anthracite-tinted lenses in filter category F3 effectively shield against sunlight, glare, and reflective surfaces. The clear lenses provide unrestricted visibility with full protection against UV radiation (280–400 nm) – ideal for nighttime operations, CQB, or medical scenarios.

Both lens variants meet the standards of EN166 for optical class 1 and mechanical durability, as well as STANAG 2920 for ballistic fragmentation protection. The certified V50 rating of 296 m/s confirms their capability for mission-critical protective performance.
