Weapons law & proof of age
We exclusively deliver in accordance with the currently valid statutory provisions of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Please note that we reserve the right to request proof of age, e.g. copy of identity card, passport, driver's license or other official document, in advance when ordering corresponding items. Certain items in our range are subject to the Weapons Act, the sale is only permitted to persons over the age of 18. In accordance with the legislator, we must point that you may not send us a copy of your new identity card (identity card in credit card format). Please take notice.
Carrying ban § 42 a WaffG
The following articles are covered by the Carrying ban (open carry):
- Replicas and semplances (replicas of firearms with the appearance of real firearms, i.e. also softair weapons)
- Cut and thrust weapons (combat knives, one-hand knives, fixed knives with a blade length of more than 12 cm, telescopic batons)
The following exceptions apply:
- (a) for use in photographic, cinematographic, television or theatrical works
- (b) for transport in a closed container
- (c) for the management of the items referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2, where there is a legitimate interest (examples: customs, professional practice, sport such as hunting, fishing, etc. or generally recognised purpose)
