  After 5.11 Tactical has almost unintentionally become the idea generator in military fitness and has become a solid partner in functional and military fitness sessions with its plate carriers, the 5.11 team has now introduced the Tactec Trainer WGT Vest, the ultimate training vest designed specifically for the purpose of weighted training.

  Compatible weights

  Weighted vests with their extra kilos influence strength, endurance and cardio during training and have a positive effect on the way muscles are used and loaded during training. To make the vests safer during training but also during overhead exercises, provide them with a better fit and more comfortable material, 5.11 has made the pure training vest from durable polyester 600 den.

  The vest is suitable for the 5.11 weight plates or Rogue weight plates, but can also be used with the Tactec Weight Plate Sandbag. The weight plates and weights are attached to internal fasteners so that they sit securely in the vest. By the way, for the necessary hydration, the TacTec Trainer Weight Vest is compatible with the 5.11 PC Convertible Hydration Carrier.

  The tactical versatility of a plate carrier has remained with the Tactec Trainer WGT Vest carrier, as laser cut M.O.L.L.E on the back and woven M.O.L.L.E platforms in the front and back provide ample carrying capacity for additional pouches or attachments.
