  News Rush - The favorite mission pack in a functional update

  
  
  The Rush72 2.0 in black is one of the classics at 5.11. With 55 liters of volume, it is suitable for several days in tactical use, as well as for longer hiking tours. The Mission Pack now shines in its 2.0 update, and another feature can be added: With even smarter packing options and a padded compartment for laptops up to 15", it's ready to go even for less tactical and more formal missions.
  
  

  Laptop compartment for those admin days

  
  The laptop compartment supports the main back compartment and is complemented by 3 zippered pockets and a pocket for a 3 liter hydration system. Measuring 59.0 x 34.3 x 21.5 cm, the main compartment thus still has enough room for equipment and clothing and even protects a pair of glasses or electronics in an additional padded accessory compartment. A zippered pocket on either side of the main compartment serves for additional, quickly accessible parts.
  
  

  Front pocket with hidden hook-and-loop compartment

  
  The front patch pocket has some features to pack small items and gear. The zippered compartment itself has various mesh pockets, elastic loops, and zippered pockets for storing EDC accessories or writing materials. However, the front compartment as a whole can also be folded forward using the gussets on the sides to reveal space where a jacket can be tucked in or gear or clothing can be quickly slid in. If the compartment is not being utilized, you just pull it together with the two compression straps on the sides.
  
  Hidden under this slide-in compartment is another new feature of the Rush Series 2.0: a hidden compartment with hook-and-loop closure is located out of sight and can therefore be used well to carry documents safely or to pack tactically sensitive equipment.
  
  

  Centre-Line design for the typical 5.11 Tactical Look

  
  In the tactical spirit of modularity, the M.O.L.L.E. system runs around the entire surface of the pack. Both, the front pocket and the side pocket are covered with M.O.L.L.E. loops. This provides a myriad of additional attachments and options for expansion, but also implements the signature look of 5.11 backpacks: The typical center-line design, which brings the M.O.L.L.E. strips together in the middle, visually divides the backpack and gives it its tactical drive.
  
  The backpack's carrying system combines an ergonomically reinforced back section with stabilizing aluminum webbing and padded shoulder and hip straps. Thus, the weight of the fully loaded backpack is distributed in the best possible way and a good comfort is guaranteed even during longer missions. With the CORDURA 1050 den of the Rush72 2.0, which is rugged and waterproof, this feature-packed backpack brings fun in any weather and in a variety of situations of use. Like its predecessor, it is compatible with the 5.11 Tier System.
