After hours in the field, warm and uncomplicated food becomes essential. TF Beef Bibimbap combines rice, minced beef, corn, carrots and spring onions into a hearty meal inspired by Korean cuisine. Gochujang adds a balanced heat with a slightly sweet finish.
531 kcal for Outdoor and Field Use
The combination of rice, meat and vegetables delivers 531 kcal per serving and is suitable for trekking, bushcraft, camping or compact emergency and field rations. The recipe is based on natural ingredients and contains no preservatives, artificial flavours or flavour enhancers.
Freeze-Dried Meal with Low Weight and Long Shelf Life
The meal is fully cooked before being freeze-dried. This process significantly reduces moisture content, resulting in low weight, compact pack size and extended shelf life.
The net weight is 120 g with a gross weight of 142 g. Measuring 18 x 6 x 24 cm, the pouch remains compact and durable enough for transport in outdoor and field conditions. Recommended storage temperature is between 10 °C and 30 °C. Shelf life is up to 8 years from the production date.
Preparation
Remove the oxygen absorber, then add 300 ml of water and stir thoroughly. After a waiting time of approximately 8 minutes, the meal is ready to eat.
The meal can be consumed directly from the pouch. The durable packaging reduces the need for additional cookware and supports uncomplicated use under outdoor and field conditions.
