The TF BIG Beef and Potato Pot combines beef, potatoes, carrots and tomatoes into a hearty stew with a traditional home-cooked character. Cream, garlic and balanced spices create a rich consistency that becomes especially satisfying after intense physical activity.
714 kcal for Increased Energy Demand
The larger BIG portion provides 714 kcal per pouch and is particularly suitable for multi-day trekking tours, bushcraft trips, extended basecamp stays, vehicle kits or emergency preparedness with increased calorie requirements. For users with lower energy demands, the meal is also available as a more compact 100 g version.
Freeze-dried field meal for limited storage space
The BIG Beef and Potato Pot is fully cooked before being completely freeze-dried. This process significantly reduces overall weight while helping preserve flavour, texture and nutritional value as effectively as possible. As a result, the meal is particularly suitable for mobile outdoor and operational loadouts with limited storage capacity and increased energy requirements.
With a net weight of 140 g and a gross weight of 162 g, the BIG portion remains lightweight and easy to transport. The dimensions of 18 x 6 x 24 cm support compact storage inside backpacks, vehicles or emergency kits. Recommended storage temperature is between 10 °C and 30 °C. Shelf life is up to 8 years from the production date.
Preparation
To prepare, add 350 ml of water directly into the pouch. After opening, first remove the oxygen absorber. Then add water, stir thoroughly, close the zip seal and allow the meal to stand for approximately 10 minutes.
After the recommended waiting time, the meal can be eaten directly from the pouch. The durable packaging supports uncomplicated use under outdoor, field and operational conditions.
