Freeze-Dried Field Meal with Compact Pack Size
The BIG Mushroom Risotto is fully cooked before being 100% freeze-dried. This process significantly reduces weight while helping to preserve flavour, texture and nutritional values as effectively as possible. The recipe contains no preservatives, artificial flavours or flavour enhancers.
With a net weight of 140 g and a gross weight of 162 g, the BIG portion remains compact and easy to transport. Preparation
To prepare, pour 440 ml of water directly into the pouch. After opening, first remove the oxygen absorber. Then add water, stir thoroughly, close the zip seal and let the meal stand for approximately 8 minutes.
