  Vegan Bulk Meal for Basecamp and Long-Term Food Supply

  The BigBag Sweet Potato Curry combines rice, sweet potatoes and chickpeas into a freeze-dried bulk meal with curry seasoning, coconut notes and mild heat. The vegan recipe is designed for supplying larger groups during outdoor operations, deployments and emergency scenarios while remaining quickly deployable and easy to portion even after extended storage periods.
  

  In addition to the BigBag version for group catering, the Sweet Potato Curry is also available as a small and large single serving for individual tours and mobile operational scenarios.

  Vegan Recipe with Curry and Coconut Notes

  Curry powder, ginger, cumin and chili provide balanced seasoning with moderate heat, while coconut drink, tomato and lime add creamy and slightly fresh components to the recipe. This makes the meal suitable for stationary supply concepts in basecamp environments as well as long-term stockpiling or autonomous field kitchen operations.

  Freeze-Dried Bulk Meal with High Supply Capacity

  The meal is fully cooked before being 100% freeze-dried. This process significantly reduces moisture and weight while supporting extended shelf life and compact storage capability.

  Designed to serve up to 30 people, the BigBag version is suitable for group catering during extended stays in the field, stationary operational scenarios or prepared emergency supply concepts. The recipe uses natural ingredients without preservatives, artificial flavorings or flavor enhancers.

  Large Packaging for Storage and Transport

  With a net weight of 3100 g, the BigBag version provides substantially higher supply capacity than standard single-serving meals. Dimensions of 45 x 20 x 35 cm allow space-saving storage in vehicles, supply depots or storage facilities.

  Recommended storage temperature ranges between 10 °C and 30 °C. Shelf life is up to 10 years from the production date.

  Preparation

  To prepare, open the BigBag packaging along the marked line and remove both oxygen absorbers. Then add approximately 9 liters of hot water at a temperature between 70 °C and 100 °C directly into the bag and stir thoroughly.

  Close the packaging afterwards and allow the meal to rehydrate for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Stir again before serving. If necessary, additional water can be added or the rehydration time extended until the desired consistency is achieved.
