The Helikon-Tex Squall Women's Hardshell Jacket is a cutting-edge rain jacket that incorporates the latest materials and has been specifically tailored for the female body. As an outer layer, it's ideal no matter how bad the weather gets. With sealed seams, a high-collared hood, and YKK AquaGuard zippers, the jacket withstands wild rain showers and weather fluctuations, offering special versatility and adaptability: in winter, it can be effortlessly worn over warming layers, while in warmer temperatures, it functions independently as a lightweight rain jacket, providing comfort and protection.
Innovative TorrentStretch membrane for reliable water repellency
The Squall Hardshell Jacket introduces an innovative material technology with the brand-new TorrentStretch membrane. The three-layer laminate features a microporous membrane between the outer protective layer and the integrated lining. Designed for reliable water repellency and effective moisture management, this innovative membrane boasts an impressive hydrostatic head rating of 30,000 mm, ensuring ultimate protection against wet conditions.
Environmentally friendly DWR coating
The jacket is equipped with an environmentally friendly Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating that is free from harmful perfluorocarbons (PFCs). PFCs have been completely avoided for environmental and health reasons.
Waterproof construction
The jacket has sealed seams for complete waterproofing. Without stitch holes, it forms an impenetrable barrier against water penetration. Waterproof YKK AquaGuard zippers are skillfully integrated, providing a dual main zipper for ventilation adjustment. A Prym snap button secures the lower section.
Excellent breathability
In addition to its waterproof and windproof properties, the Squall Jacket excels in excellent breathability. With an impressive RET evaporation resistance coefficient of less than 5, it efficiently transports moisture from your body to the outer surface, ensuring an extremely comfortable wearing experience, even during intense activities.
Fit and pockets
The hood of the Squall Jacket is particularly versatile, as it is adjustable in two directions and has a high collar. This allows for individual customization, protecting the head and neck optimally from wind and rain.
As part of the expansion of the Helikon-Tex offering for women, the Hardshell Squall has been adapted to the female figure: With a slightly changed positioning of pockets and a pleasantly tailored cut, the Hardshell Squall not only provides top performance in demanding conditions but also a tailored fit.
The Squall Jacket has a total of three pockets, including an internal pocket, which is excellent for storing documents or a mobile phone and allows quick access to important items.
The left shoulder of the jacket is equipped with a patch panel, allowing personalization with patches or badges to express your style or affiliation.
Ventilation openings, adjustable cuffs, and adjustments in the hood and at the bottom hem additionally provide the opportunity to customize the jacket to meet different conditions while maintaining freedom of movement.
Space-saving design
The Squall rain jacket is designed for space savings. It can be easily rolled into its own hood, minimizing storage space and allowing for easy portability.

Oeko-Tex Standard 100 - This certification confirms the quality of textiles and textile products in contact with human skin. The product is tested for the presence of the hundred most dangerous substances that can threaten the consumer. In addition, factors such as sweat resistance, saliva resistance, and resistance to foreign odors are evaluated.
