Ultralight Weather Protection for Changing Conditions
The Levanter Jacket is an exceptionally lightweight, waterproof rain and wind shell designed for shifting weather and mobile use. Whether on patrol, during everyday urban movement, or out on the trail — it provides reliable protection against drizzle and wind and serves as a compact weather shield that packs down small and is ready to deploy instantly when needed.
Weather‑resistant nylon with DWR treatment and PU membrane
The jacket is constructed from a durable 100% nylon fabric with a weight of approx. 105 g/m². Nylon provides excellent tear and abrasion resistance, fast drying properties, and dependable performance in varying terrain or changing weather.
The exterior is finished with a DWR coating (Durable Water Repellent, C0 formula free from PFAS), causing water to bead off the surface before it can penetrate the fabric. An internal PU membrane (polyurethane) adds a waterproof barrier, providing a hydrostatic head of up to 10,000 mm — offering reliable protection in light to moderate rain. Despite this barrier, the jacket remains breathable and suitable for activity and movement.Ultralight, compact & instantly deployable
Compared to traditional hardshell jackets, the Levanter stands out with its exceptionally low weight and compact construction. Weighing only approx. 268 g, it packs down easily into a backpack or EDC setup and can be thrown on at a moment’s notice — ideal as an “emergency shell” during sudden weather changes or unplanned situations.
Practical features for daily use, duty and outdoor environments
The jacket includes a short 3/4‑length zipper (half‑zip), allowing quick on/off transitions and additional ventilation — especially useful during movement or temperature fluctuations. A large kangaroo pocket with two zippers (accessible from both sides) provides practical storage for maps, gloves, EDC items or small gear. The adjustable hood ensures reliable protection against rain and wind and can be easily tailored to fit.

The Levanter Jacket is ideal as a lightweight rain and wind shell for daily use, outdoor activities, urban EDC, or as a quick protective layer during unstable weather conditions.
