  As a proven classic in the LEAF series, Arc'teryx introduces the black LEAF Naga Hoody Gen.3 with its 2021 collection. The new Naga Hoody differs from its predecessor by an upgraded shoulder section with modified seam design making the Gen.3 more robust and comfortable at the same time. Of course, the black Gen.3 version shines with the excellent breathability and unrestricted freedom of movement the Naga series is most famous for.

  The developers at Arc'teryx are aware that even small details offer a lot of optimization potential and manage to make a big difference in the Gen.3 edition of the black LEAF through almost invisible changes. The extended shoulder sections made of robust PONTETORTO Hardface Fleece protect the Naga Hoody Gen.3 from wear and tear and the flatlock seams thus further offset on the chest and back avoid pressure points when wearing a backpack or plate carrier. At the same time, the seam running across the chest forms the top of the recessed chest pocket and further reinforces it.

PONTETORTO Hardface Fleece for high-stress areas and POLARTEC Power Stretch for maximum range of motion ensure that the lightweight midlayer hoody is ready to roll with the punches. Whether as a light running jacket for cool autumn evenings or as a warming midlayer under a rain jacket when deployed in wet and cold climes, the LEAF Naga Hoody Gen.3 ensures that you stay optimally tempered and dry. The zippered pocket with cable pass-through on the left side of the chest is large enough for communication equipment. The ¼ zipper allows quick on and off, as well as additional ventilation, which is very welcome in combination with plate carriers and intense physical exertion. The low-profile hood fits snugly, provides unobstructed vision and is hardly noticeable even under a helmet. When not in use, it rests neatly against the seperate collar, which protects the wearer from wind, snow and dust. The reinforced thumb loops can be worn with gloves and prevent cold spots from forming due to slipping sleeves.
