  Ich warte seit über einem Monat auf den Umtausch einer mangelhaften UF PRO Delta OL Jacket. Hinweise wie: \"Bitte beachten Sie, dass die finale Entscheidung ob ein berechtigter Anspruch besteht durch den Hersteller getroffen wird.\" helfen bei werkseitigen Fehler dem Kunden nicht weiter.

  I have problem with shipping to my company adress. I ordered 5 lowa mk2 boots , on monday and today i check with your customer services and they sad they blocked the order ,, the problem was with zip number ..we sorted this problem today and its good your employe said that he ublocked the order and handed it to logistics , but the problem is that , if i didnt contact your customer services i wouldnt find out that i have problem with shippment and i paid 726€ for it . And im still waiting for packege to be send to croatia…

  Schnelle Lieferung, nachhaltige Verpackung, fairer Preis. Was will man mehr? Also eine klare Empfehlung von mir. :) Zum Service selbst kann ich nichts sagen, daher neutrale 4 Sterne dafür.

  Teilweise zu lange Lieferzeiten. Montag bestellt (Wäre auf Lager) Mittwoch Abend angeblich an DHL übergeben. Donnerstag nach 10Uhr DHL gecheckt, nix übergeben - nur angemeldet. Das leider schon mehrmals jetzt passiert.

The CLIMASHIELD Combat synthetic fiber facilitates air distribution and retains warmth even in wet conditions. The water-repellent TORAY Mechanical Stretch Mini-Rip Lightweight fabric provides protection from brief periods of rain. For enhanced freedom of movement and moisture exchange, Arc’teryx has incorporated POLARTEC Power Stretch Hardface panels on the sides under the arms.

  Functional Design for Maximum Utility

  The practical collar with fleece lining shields the neck from sun, wind, and cold, making the jacket ideal as a discreet base layer. The front zipper has a full-length two-part overlap, protecting to the chin from rubbing against the zipper. Thanks to the No Slip Zip, the jacket remains securely closed even during vigorous activity. The two spacious zippered hand pockets come with cable ports for convenient routing of cables.
