Unbeatable Material Matrix
The Striker X Gen.2 Combat Pants owe their impressive performance to the innovative hybrid design, specifically developed to meet the demands of challenging operations: It combines the robustness and durability of typical mission-ready ripstop fabric with the flexibility and agility of specialized stretch materials.
Nylon Cotton Ripstop
The basic structure of the trousers is based on the classic UF Pro Nylon Cotton Ripstop, a material known for its resistance to tears and wear. Made with a composition of 50% nylon and 50% cotton in a ripstop weave, it counteracts the expansion of cuts and tears while maintaining breathability and mobility of the combat trousers.
Schoeller-Dynamic Stretch
For areas of the trousers where mobility is crucial, such as the lower back and buttocks, Schoeller-Dynamic Stretch is used. Comprising 92% polyamide and 8% elastane, it is extremely stretchable and allows exceptional freedom of movement, making it ideal for active operational areas where flexibility and comfort are key.
Despite its stretchability, the material is very durable and resistant to abrasion and wear. This combination of flexibility and durability makes it a preferred choice for garments worn in challenging operational environments. Schoeller-Dynamic Stretch also exhibits excellent breathability, enhancing wearing comfort with effective moisture regulation, as it supports the transfer of sweat away from the skin.
Cordura 500den
Additional durability is achieved by using Cordura 500 den at critical areas such as the knees and waist. Cordura 500 den has established itself thanks to its immense tear and abrasion resistance, proving its worth in the most stressed areas of the combat trousers: whether kneeling, crawling, or even under heavily loaded utility belts, the material remains uncompromisingly reliable.
Strategic Fit and Optimal Adaptability
With the innovative Waist/Flex System and the detachable Waist/Flex Belt, the tactical combat trousers offer unparalleled freedom of movement, as this construction allows the trousers to seamlessly adapt to every movement: The detachable Waist/Flex Belt is an advancement of the established UF Pro under-belt system. This detachable design ensures a secure fit of the trousers and equipment, essential in dynamic operational situations. The ability to quickly and easily remove or adjust the belt gives wearers additional flexibility and facilitates the management of their equipment in combination with utility belts or backpacks.
The Negative Curve Belt/Buckle design is a key feature of the combat trousers because it allows superior fit and easy adjustment even under pressure and does not lead to obstructions with a belt. This feature eliminates the worry that equipment may restrict freedom of movement.
Extra Focus on Knee Region
To consider the safety of the knees as a critical aspect for the success and efficiency of missions, special attention was paid to the knee region of the Striker X Gen.2 combat trousers, to ensure the integrity of the knees as a crucial aspect for agile actions.
For this, the trousers allow individual adjustment of knee protection for different operational scenarios. The 4-level knee height adjuster, strategically placed in the robust side pocket, allows operational forces to perfectly align the knee pads with their movements in the field. This functionality allows the wearer to make the adjustment once and then fully concentrate on their mission.
The integrated lightweight knee pad padding, reinforced with Cordura, offers robust abrasion resistance as the first layer of protection. For extended protection against impact and sharp objects, the wearer can choose between the UF PRO 3D tactical knee pads or the UF PRO solid pads. This modular option ensures that the user can individually choose the optimal protection for each situation.
The fine-tuning is finally achieved through the adjustability of the knee width, which is extremely user-friendly in the Striker X Gen.2 combat trousers thanks to the detachable strap adjustment system. Once the desired fit is achieved, the straps can simply be secured with hook-and-loop closure, allowing smooth and unrestricted freedom of movement in challenging terrain.
