  Cold weather jacket in a high-performance upgrade

  UF Pro has made a number of technical upgrades to its Delta AcE Plus Tactical Winter Jacket and now presents a 3rd generation cold weather jacket that is even more cold-resistant and water-resistant. With a hybrid design concept, the material has been modified so that improved thermal insulation meets ideal moisture management. This means no matter how cold and wet it gets, performance during high physical exertion remains guaranteed. With a new waterproof hood, the 3rd generation jacket brings even more performance no matter how tough the weather conditions.
  

  Outer fabric

  With a 100% nylon construction coated with a PU membrane, the outer fabric stands up to wind and water: whether it's sleet, snow or cutting wind, the Delta AcE Plus Gen.3 winter jacket is exceptionally windproof and water repellent to protect you from the elements. To ensure breathability, the seams are not laminated. This means that in extreme wet conditions water can enter through the seams, so the jacket cannot replace a rain jacket.
  

  Lining

  The new lining of the Delta AcE Plus Gen 3 is a Cocona Merino blend that is not only extremely comfortable against the skin, but also performs exceptionally well due to its natural moisture management. Even during demanding activity, the Cocoa merino wicks moisture away, keeping the wearer dry and therefore warm.
  

  Insulation

  For the special insulation of the sleeves, UF Pro has added high-performance G-LOFT, which can use body heat with its structure as a hollow synthetic fibre: The fibres trap the heat produced by the body without absorbing moisture. In this way, warmth is generated and retained regardless of rain or snow.
  

  Hybrid design

  The overall design of the Delta AcE Plus winter jacket should also be seen in this context:

  The background to the upgrade of the jacket was to provide a balance of warmth and moisture management with a hybrid design. Thanks to the insulation and the new lining composition, the breathability has been extended without compromising the thermal insulation.

  To ensure that excess heat is dissipated and moisture management remains stable, 3D mesh inserts are strategically placed.

  Waterproof hood

  An addition to the Delta AcE Plus Gen.3 winter jacket is the waterproof hood, which is seam-sealed and 100% waterproof. At the same time, visibility is maintained at all times, as the UF Pro Hood/Harness system ensures that the hood follows the movement of the head exactly when turning, tilting and tipping. Although the hood is not removable, it can easily be tucked into the collar.

  Padding at stress points

  Patented UF Pro air/pac padding on the shoulders and back is used to help carry a heavy plate carrier or rucksack; it provides a more robust structure and relief here.
  

  Pockets

  For warm hands and quick insertion of small items, the kangaroo pocket is lined with Cocona fleece.

  Kurzfazit: Die UF Pro Delta Ace Plus Jacket Gen.3 präsentiert sich als hochwertiges Bekleidungsstück mit einem körperbetonten Schnitt, der allerdings für meinen Geschmack etwas zu eng ausfällt. Der Stoff der Jacke überzeugt mit einer angenehmen Haptik und vermittelt sofort einen Eindruck von Qualität. Verpackung: Die Jacke wird in einer umweltfreundlichen Verpackungstasche von UF Pro geliefert, die nicht nur nachhaltig, sondern auch praktisch für die platzsparende Aufbewahrung ist. Produktqualität: Die makellosen Nähte und die Funktionalität der Reißverschlüsse, obwohl etwas schwerfällig, zeigen die hohe Verarbeitungsqualität der Jacke. Besonders überzeugend sind die Atmungsaktivität des Mesh-Gewebes und die innovative Kapuze mit integrierter Kappe. Nutzung: Die Jacke eignet sich hervorragend für Aktivitäten bei kühleren Temperaturen (3-7 Grad Celsius). Die Schulter- und Rückenpolster bieten zusätzlichen Komfort beim Tragen von Rucksäcken. Allerdings ist die Größe S mir etwas zu eng, und ich empfehle, eine Nummer größer zu wählen. Stärken: Taktisches und ansprechendes Design. Hochwertige Materialauswahl. Ideal für Rucksacktouren, auch bei leichtem Regen. Schwächen: Schwergängige Reißverschlüsse an den Armtaschen. Fehlende Innentasche. (Rein Subjektiv) Schulterpolster könnten besser befestigt sein. Fazit: Die UF Pro Delta Ace Plus Jacket Gen.3 ist eine empfehlenswerte Wahl für alle, die eine funktionale und hochwertige Outdoor-Jacke mit taktischem Design suchen.   Diese Jacke lässt sich unglaublich angenehm tragen. Von der Haptik und augenscheinlich definitiv sehr gute Verarbeitung. Sie hält definitiv warm. Je nach Ortslage und Witterungsbedingungen würde ich noch „Thermowäsche“ tragen. Die Taschen sind gut platziert und auch Ausreichend groß. Begeistert war ich auch über die vorhandene Regenmütze. Sie sitzt wunderbar und versperrt nicht die Sicht Show more Show less
