  Getting fit has never been easier, cheaper and less complicated than with the Goruck Sandbags. In different sizes and for different loading you’ll train according to the simple principle: Take what you have, but a lot of it ;-) No matter where you train, whether you need to be flexible or perhaps empty the sandbags for transport: With the Goruck Sandbags nothing is a big issue really. The 20LB / 9kg bag is a lightie for your lighties, but if you are just starting off, they’re a good size for you, too.
  
  The durable bags made of CORDURA 1000 den are double stitched and reinforced at the handles. The handles are not rubberized (because rubber breaks), but padded. No need to worry about the sandbag bursting, ripping or breaking: material and seams are rucking-proof.
  
  

  Easy to load with the filler bags

  
  How it works: Simply fill up the included Filler Bags with sand, dirt or gravel and place the filler bags inside the sandbag. Close the sandbag's YKK zipper all the way and get started. To clean the sandbag, simply hose it down from the inside and outside. To care for the zippers, ZipCare should be applied to the entire zipper chain from time to time. Then run the zipper up and down a few times, then hang to air dry.
  
  Please note that the sandbags themselves should not be filled, only the filler bags should be used for internal filling to preserve the zippers. And one more thing, dragging the bags for miles on asphalt will go wrong. And they're not suitable for use as slam bags, either. But other than that, there are no limits to you, kooks.
