  The GR1 in the US Edition is a next level product not only for your Rucking. The professionals of the Special Forces rely on it as the toughest backpack ever. And because no other measure was to be applied to the backpack made in the USA, Goruck has relied on the Special Forces since the beginning of the company's founding and to this day: with their feedback from all areas of operation in the cities, mountains and deserts of the world, the GR1 was born. Developed for use in Baghdad, it is as much a tactical top performer as a perennial favorite in the Rucking Challenge and, as it happens, always an option as cabin luggage or an everyday backpack for the city.
  
  

  Bombproof material and design

  
  The bombproof design and the super robust CORDURA 1000 are water and dirt resistant. The removable hard plastic frame plate ensures that all the contents of the backpack also emerge unshaken from any mission. The laptop compartment at the back is extra reinforced and equipped with a double bottom. The GR1 is easily packed from the front; the noiseless YKK zipper can be opened completely so that the backpack can be opened flat. Glove-friendly, by the way, are all YKK zippers of the backpack.
  
  For the interior layout, Goruck came up with a simple but effective pocket concept that leaves plenty of room for tactical accessories and EDC in 3 interior pockets and an external slanted pocket: A large elastic pocket, a large zippered mesh pocket and a small carry pocket are all ready for personal organization.

  No mission backpack can do without M.O.L.L.E. and as a consequence, 3 internal and external M.O.L.L.E. rows have been incorporated for your individual attachment of pouches.. With 21 liters of volume, there is more than enough space in the daypack, and, yet, is still TSA compliant and thus fits under the seat on the plane. A versatile, minimalist heavy-duty backpack that also raises all ruckers to a special level with the seal of the Special Forces.
