With a thermal performance up to -15°C, it combines highly technical material properties with a smart design.Waterproof, cold-resistant and super compact thanks to choice of materials
First of all, the sleeping bag, which is robust according to the claims, is made with a waterproof outer material that protects against moisture and wind. Consequently, the zipper on top is equipped with a zipper cover strip to really lock the sleeping bag against the weather conditions. For demanding temperature ranges up to -15°C the outer membrane is thus basically a seal, which is now supplemented by the G-Loft insulation with the necessary heat retention.2-layer construction
The smart 2-layer construction provides superior insulation, as an additional air cushion between the stitched, insulation force-absorbing layer and the outer shell reliably prevents incoming cold. The differential cut ensures that heat is retained in a controlled manner, even when the sleeper's mass compresses the inner layer of insulation. The generously cut insulation pads are cut in such a way that there is always enough space between the individual layers. Thus, the outer layers retain their insulating ability and the sleeping bag easily withstands the -15°C.Combination with Carinthia Tropen Summer Sleeping Bag is possible

All Carinthia military sleeping bags are cut in a trapezoidal shape and, thus, have enough clearance in the footwell for stowing equipment or clothing. In addition, they all have a two-way zipper that can always be opened quickly thanks to a pinch-lock waistband; it can also be opened for better ventilation.Small pack size in the included pack sack
