  The 5.11 Tactical Approach Jacket is a tactical hard shell made from high-performance 3-layer laminate that has been specially tailored to the needs of law enforcements. This waterproof all-weather jacket features an adjustable hood that can be stowed away in the collar and functional cuffs with hook-and-loop adjustments that guarantee an optimal fit of the articulated sleeves. The 5.11 Tactical RAPIDraw concept allows the user quick access to a belt holstered pistol and a useful loop field on the right upper arm provides space for authority identification and ID patches. Sealed seams and waterproof YKK zippers underline the hardshell character of this dynamic jacket.
  
  The Approach Jacket has a total of 8 smartly placed pockets: 2 concealed side pockets, 2 upper arm pockets, 2 chest pockets, 1 inside pocket with media port and 1 mesh inside pocket.
