UF Pro revolutionises the softshell jacket segment with its innovative redesign of the proven Delta Eagle jacket. The Delta Eagle Gen 3 breaks with conventional material concepts and sets new standards in the softshell sector. The jacket is not only lightweight and silent, but also offers exceptional thermal insulation and outstanding moisture management. With the Delta Eagle Gen 3, even missions in adverse conditions remain doable and the technical performance uncompromised.
Softshell with a new concept
The innovation of the new Delta Eagle jacket lies in the material processing of typical softshell jackets: instead of laminating the different material layers, UF Pro has detached the membrane from the other material layers. The result is an air cushion between the membrane and the fleece, which provides better insulation and more efficient moisture management.
This method also allows for more flexibility in the choice of materials: UF Pro relies on the high-quality Cocona Microfleece, which stands out for its excellent odour inhibition and moisture management. Thanks to this innovative technology, the Delta Eagle Gen 3 is not only lighter, but also optimally suited for demanding missions in cold temperatures, where mobility and weather protection are equally important.Ventilation and access
The Softshell Jacket is specifically designed to provide reliable protection during demanding activities, adverse weather and low temperatures. To ensure that air circulation is maintained throughout, attention has been paid to ideal ventilation.
The two long Vislon underarm zips allow you to cool down quickly and easily when you need to. But that's not all: the zips also allow quick external access to a weapon carried inside. Simply undo the press stud at the hip, open the zip at the bottom hem and attach the jacket to the holster with the drawstring - and the weapon is ready for use.Air/Pac System
The air/pac system developed by UF Pro is also used in the Delta Eagle Gen 3 softshell jacket and integrates an innovative technology at the shoulders that provides an additional layer of insulation. Instead of placing the shoulders directly on the outer material of the jacket, the air cushion between the body and the outer material fills this space and provides better thermal insulation.
In addition, the air cushion also prevents the shoulder straps of backpacks or plate carriers from coming into direct contact with the body. This leads to a continuous drying effect and prevents unpleasant moisture and friction on the shoulders.360 degree field of vision with hood
UF Pro has also improved on the hood compared to its predecessor. The 100% waterproof hood can now be easily rolled up and stowed in the collar at the touch of a button, so that it can be deployed with a flick of the wrist when needed. Thanks to UF Pro's proven Hood/Harness system, the line of sight remains clear even when the hood is used. Adjustable jacket hem and cuffs ensure a perfect fit and maximum freedom of movement during any activity.
