  The TT Security Pro Rig marks Tasmanian Tiger’s entry into a newly developed dedicated security product line. It is a lightweight, modular chest rig specifically designed to meet the requirements of law enforcement support units, security services, event security teams, and public order personnel.

  The design focus lies on clear visual identification, structured equipment organization, and high adaptability—allowing the rig to be configured both for highly visible duties and for more discreet, reduced-profile setups.

  Variable Visibility with Removable Signal Strips

  A defining feature of the Security Pro Rig is the set of removable reflective signal strips integrated into the shoulder straps. These provide high-visibility identification during access control, crowd management, and public order operations.

  When required, the signal strips can be fully removed, significantly reducing visual prominence and giving the rig a more neutral, tactical appearance. This allows the system to be adapted quickly between high-visibility presence and low-profile operational roles.

  Front Organization with ID and Utility Compartments

  At the center of the rig is a large front zippered compartment, suitable for organized equipment storage or for carrying a power bank with integrated cable routing. The compartment supports structured access during prolonged duties.

  An additional attached front pouch includes a transparent ID window (10.5 × 5.5 cm) and internal dividers, ensuring clear and immediate identification—especially relevant during security checks or controlled-access operations.

  Removable Modules for Mission-Specific Equipment

  The TT Security Pro Rig follows a fully modular design philosophy:

  • Removable lower utility pouch with dedicated space for a tourniquet, handcuffs, disposable gloves, or small duty items
  • Detachable, size-adjustable radio pouch using a MOLLE-reverse attachment system
  • Removable laser-cut MOLLE side wing for attaching additional pouches or communication equipment
  • Loop field for patches, identifiers, or unit markings

  All modules can be removed individually, allowing the rig to be used either as a complete security setup or in a reduced, task-specific configuration.

  Comfort, Hygiene, and Adjustability

  The flat, padded, adjustable shoulder straps provide comfort during extended wear. The hook-and-loop-attached padding is removable and washable, making the rig well suited for continuous professional use.

  Additional removable cable management tabs made from Tegris allow secure routing of radio or power cables, ensuring a clean and snag-free setup.

  System Compatibility and Plate Carrier Integration

  The TT Security Pro Rig can be fully disassembled, allowing its components to be reused independently. By removing the rear padding, the rig can be mounted directly onto compatible plate carriers (e.g., TT Plate Carrier QR LC ZP).

  This makes the system suitable not only for standard security duties but also for operations requiring enhanced personal protection. Plate carrier adapters are not included.
