  Tactical Modular Backpack with Adjustable Back Length and IRR Capability

  The TT Modular Pack 30 SL IRR was developed as an ergonomically optimized variant within the Modular Pack series and is intended for users for whom conventional, non-adjustable carrying systems often do not provide an optimal fit. Thanks to its adjustable back length, this daypack is particularly suitable for smaller users or personnel with a shorter torso length, without compromising stability or carrying volume.
  
  With a capacity of 30 liters, the pack offers sufficient space for mission-relevant equipment and can be flexibly adapted to different operational profiles through its modular internal layout. Its compact overall dimensions, reduced external design, and variable carrying configuration make it especially well suited for mobile operations, vehicle-based use, and dynamic deployment scenarios.

  Ergonomic Y2 Carrying System for Precise Adjustment

  The central component of the pack is the Y2 carrying system, featuring a removable back plate with an integrated, formable aluminum stay. The back length can be adjusted in eight defined positions, covering a wide range of body sizes (SL = Short to Long). This allows for significantly more precise fit adjustment compared to fixed-length carrying systems.

  The removable, padded hip belt supports efficient load transfer and includes integrated zippered pockets. For operations requiring a slimmer profile or maximum freedom of movement, the hip belt can be completely removed. The length-adjustable shoulder straps allow secure adjustment even over heavy body armor.

  Material Construction and Modular Layout

  The TT Modular Pack 30 SL IRR is manufactured from Cordura 700 den IRR, meeting elevated requirements for abrasion resistance, tear strength, and long-term durability in professional environments. The exterior is equipped with a laser-cut MOLLE system, enabling low-profile, body-hugging expansions without adding unnecessary bulk.

  Inside, large hook-and-loop MOLLE-compatible panels allow for fully customized organization. Two hook-and-loop-mounted zippered pouches are included and can be positioned as required, making them ideal for medical equipment, electronic devices, or sensitive documents. Integrated weapon retention was deliberately omitted to maintain a clean, versatile internal layout.

  IRR Capability for Night Operations

  The IRR version is designed to reduce infrared signature. The materials, webbing, and textile components meet relevant military IRR requirements and exhibit significantly reduced reflectivity when viewed through night vision devices or infrared reconnaissance systems. This makes the backpack particularly suitable for night operations, covert missions, and military or law enforcement users with IR signature management requirements.

  Accessibility and Functional Features

  The backpack can be fully opened, providing unrestricted access to both main compartments at all times. This feature is especially advantageous during vehicle-based operations or when the pack is suspended, allowing equipment to be accessed or reconfigured quickly and efficiently.

  The equipment includes a lid pocket with integrated organizer, removable side compression straps, and an additional front zippered compartment. A front bungee lacing system allows jackets, helmets, or lightweight gear to be secured externally. Antenna ports and hydration system compatibility are also provided for extended operational use.
