ZP First Aid Pack with Infrared Features
The ZP series by Tasmanian Tiger is a comprehensive tactical series with a zip system, which is based on the idea that rapidly changing operational situations should be met with instantly adaptable gear setups. With differently packed modules for different operational situations, it is possible to react quickly and operate with the appropriate loadout. The TT Medic Assault Pack S ZP is the first-aid module in the series; it replaces its model backpack, the classic TT Medic Assault Pack S.
Modular combination
In its function within the ZP series, the flat emergency pack is equipped with two zips on the sides with which it is attached to the back of the TT Plate Carrier QR LC ZP. However, like the other parts of the ZP series, the Medic Assault Pack S ZP can be attached to all other plate carriers with a zip system. The zips must be of the Vislon type in thickness #10 and length 24 cm with a distance of 25 cm.
If the Medic Pack is to be attached to a simple plate carrier instead, this can be done using the supplied zip M.O.L.L.E strips, which are attached to the sides. 6 M.O.L.L.E rows are then needed to attach the first aid bag. An additional adapter is included for attachment to classic M.O.L.L.E strips. Laser-cut M.O.L.L.E rows are attached to the front and sides of the Medic Assault Pack to provide unlimited modular options.
Interior and attachments for medical gear
A Medic Pack based on the model of the tried-and-tested TT Medic Assault Pack S, the emergency pack's exterior dimensions of 35 x 23 x 8 cm and its robust Cordura 500 are in no way inferior to those of its godfather with a carrying system.
Numerous fastening options on the inside and a modular partitioning system make it as easy as possible to load medical emergency equipment in an organised manner. Two removable panels with length-adjustable bungee cords provide order and organisation; the panels measure 19.5 x 24 cm. In addition, a clear inner pocket marked with coloured hook-and-loop patch is ideal for quickly sifting through medicines; here, small parts can be protected on 10 x 19 x 6 cm. Numerous loops for attachment are also provided. A rescue blanket can also be attached to the bottom of the bag and a scissor pocket is immediately accessible on the front. Two hook-and-loop areas on the front are provided for visual markings or patches.
Infrared features
In the IRR version, the TT Medic Assault Pack S ZP is fully equipped with infrared features. As usual, this means that the Cordura materials as well as the webbing, hook-and-loop and buckles comply with the Bundeswehr standards TL 8305-0278 and TL 8305-0281 respectively with regard to IRR camouflage.
As a functional addition to the ZP series, the tactical Medic Assault Pack is an alternative to the proven TT Medic Assault Pack S backpack; without a carrying system, but with the modular versatility that characterises the ZP series, the emergency bag is a quick-to-use variant in an essentially broad-based gear setup.
