  All-rounder and new favourite

  The Wolfhound Hoodie is one of those jackets that you only hang in your wardrobe with a heavy heart in spring. Whether as a midlayer under a rain jacket or on its own as an outer layer: the hooded jacket is as versatile as you need it to be.
  
  

  Material combination for the win

  The winner in the Wolfound Hoodie is the Climashield Apex insulation (67 g/m2), which provides perfect insulation while keeping the weight down. In combination with an outer layer of WindPack nylon, wind, cold and moisture are already defied here, even if no wind jacket is worn over it. Because the jacket is well suited for long hikes and a little freedom of movement wouldn't hurt anyway, Helikon-Tex has added a VersaStretch fabric to the underarms that promises more mobility.
  
  

  Pocket configuration and hood

  To keep out the wind and cold, the jacket's cuffs, hood and lower waistband have elastic binding. The profiled and adjustable hood also has a soft peak so it can be pulled deep into the face to protect against wind and weather.
  
  Four zipped pockets complete the layout - three pockets are on the outside and one pocket is on the inside. Lightweight, easy to pack and of course with the obligatory patch area on the upper arm... What more could the heart want from a softshell hoodie!
