  The YETI Roadie 8 is the smallest hard cooler in the Roadie series, combining a highly compact design with the proven insulation performance of its larger counterparts. With external dimensions of 45.2 × 25.4 × 27.2 cm, it fits almost anywhere—from the footwell to the cargo area—and is a dependable companion for everyday use, work, and outdoor activities.

  Despite its compact footprint, the Roadie 8 offers impressive storage capacity. It holds up to 12 beverage cans or 4 kg of ice, making it equally suitable for everyday lunches, cold drinks, or food supplies on short trips.

  Built for Everyday Use

  The construction withstands the demands of daily use with ease. Durable hinges provide long-lasting lid support, while the carry handle remains secure and comfortable to hold, even when the cooler is fully loaded.

  Integrated tie-down slots allow the cooler to be securely fastened during transport. Non-slip feet provide a stable footing on smooth surfaces and help prevent unwanted movement.

  Powerful Insulation in a Compact Size

  The Permafrost Insulation, made from pressure-injected polyurethane, maintains the internal temperature for extended periods. It keeps food and drinks reliably chilled while helping hot meals stay warm for longer.

  The InterLock Lid System reduces heat transfer from the outside, while the freezer-grade ColdLock Gasket keeps cold air securely inside. Despite its compact size, the cooler provides ample space for daily food and beverages.

  Designed for Practical Everyday Use

  The oversized QuickLatch closure can be operated comfortably with one hand while keeping the lid securely closed. Unlike the larger Roadie models, the Roadie 8 features a single latch, allowing quick and convenient access to the contents.

  With an empty weight of 3.4 kg, the Roadie 8 remains easy to carry wherever it goes. Its sturdy construction also allows it to be used as a seat, although it should not be used as a step or standing platform.

  Care and Handling

  For maximum cooling performance, it is recommended to pre-chill the cooler, place ice at the bottom before loading, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. The Roadie 8 is also compatible with dry ice, making it suitable for extended trips.

  Cleaning is quick and straightforward using warm water and soap. For heavier soiling, a mixture of six parts water to one part bleach, together with a sponge or lightly abrasive cleaning cloth, is recommended. The cooler is not leakproof and should therefore not be transported on its side or upside down.

  Note: The Roadie 8 cooler is not leakproof when placed on its side or upside down.
