  Medical Backpack with Modular Internal Layout and Vehicle-Oriented Design

  The TT First Responder 50 is a high-performance medical backpack with a total capacity of 50 liters, developed specifically for professional use by emergency medical services, law enforcement agencies, and tactical medical units. Its design focuses on structured organization, immediate access, and maximum adaptability to a wide range of operational scenarios.

  The construction is optimized for rapid access from vehicles, stationary deployment at incident scenes, and mobile use under load. The modular internal architecture allows precise adaptation to medical standards, protocols, and individual load configurations.

  Carry System and Ergonomic Design

  The padded back carry system ensures balanced load distribution and a high level of comfort, even when fully loaded. The length-adjustable shoulder straps are designed to allow comfortable wear over heavy protective equipment.

  Additional side grab handles support quick repositioning in vehicles or confined environments. The removable shoulder straps on the front pack allow the system to be used as a standalone medical module or stationary treatment platform.

  Access and Structural Durability

  The use of a heavy-duty size 10 zipper provides high mechanical durability. The wide-opening design offers a complete overview of the contents and supports efficient medical workflows without unnecessary repositioning.

  Well-Structured Internal Organization for Medical Equipment

  The interior features numerous attachment loops, hook-and-loop surfaces, and removable dividers. These components enable clear organization of medical equipment regardless of the size or specialization of the loadout.

  Several removable transparent pouches are included and can be used independently. Each pouch features a chemical light holder. Color-coded hook-and-loop strips are also included to support visual identification by content, function, or priority.

  Dedicated Medical Equipment Features

  The backpack includes an externally accessible front glove compartment, dedicated attachment points for trauma shears, and side compartments for SAM splints with a width of 11 cm on both sides.

  The bottom section features loops for carrying sheets. The system is further enhanced by a removable IV bag pouch and a removable SRPP panel made from Tegris with laser-cut hole and slot patterns for customized fixation using bungee cord or hook-and-loop attachment.

  External Expansion and MOLLE Integration

  The TT First Responder 50 is equipped with MOLLE interfaces on the sides and bottom. The side dimensions are designed to accommodate the TT Side Pocket 17. The MOLLE system on the bottom allows the attachment of additional equipment, such as the TT Tac Pouch 10 MKII.
