  Technical Medical Backpack with Modular Internal Architecture and Reduced Weight

  The TT First Responder 50 in the Multicam color variant is a highly functional medical backpack designed for professional users who require structured carriage of extensive medical equipment. In this configuration, the pack is manufactured from Cordura 500 den, achieving an optimized balance of reduced weight, durability, and carrying comfort while maintaining full operational capability in tactical and law-enforcement environments.

  With a total capacity of 50 liters, the backpack provides sufficient volume for complex medical loadouts while remaining compact enough for vehicle-based operations, rapid deployment at the point of use, and mobile operation under load.

  Carrying System and Ergonomic Design

  The integrated Padded Back carrying system ensures even load distribution and a stable fit, even when fully loaded. The length-adjustable shoulder straps are designed to allow the backpack to be worn comfortably over heavy body armor or protective equipment.

  Additional side grab handles enable fast removal from vehicles or repositioning in confined spaces. The removable shoulder straps on the front pack also allow the unit to be used as a standalone medical module or stationary treatment platform.

  Access Concept, Opening Design, and Mechanical Durability

  A heavy-duty size No. 10 zipper ensures long service life even under intensive operational use. The wide-opening design provides a full overview of the contents, supporting structured medical workflows without time loss or reorganization.

  Modular Internal Organization for Medical Systems

  The interior is purpose-built for medical applications and features multiple attachment loops, elastic retainers, and large hook-and-loop areas. The included hook-and-loop dividers allow flexible adaptation to different medical standards, mission types, or team concepts.

  Several removable transparent pouches are included and can be used independently. These pouches feature glow stick sleeves and are supplemented with color-coded hook-and-loop strips, enabling visual identification by priority, content, or function.

  Specialized Medical Features

  An externally accessible disposable glove compartment on the front allows rapid access without opening the main compartment. Additional attachment options for trauma shears are integrated.

  On both sides, the pack features side sleeves for splint systems with a width of 11 cm. At the bottom, loops for carrying stretchers are provided. The equipment is further complemented by a removable IV fluid bag pouch.

  A key component is the removable SRPP (Tegris) panel measuring 21 × 18 cm. The laser-cut hole and slot pattern allows individualized fixation of equipment using bungee cord as well as additional hook-and-loop attachments.

  External Expandability and System Integration

  The backpack features MOLLE attachment areas on the sides and bottom. The side dimensions are designed to accommodate the TT Side Pocket 17. The MOLLE system on the base allows attachment of additional equipment, such as the TT Tac Pouch 10 MKII.
