Professional Medical Backpack in Steingrau Oliv IRR with Modular Internal Architecture
The TT First Responder 50 IRR is a highly specialized medical backpack designed for military, law-enforcement, and governmental users requiring a structured, immediately accessible, and vehicle-optimized medical solution. In the Steingrau Oliv IRR color variant, manufactured from Cordura 700 den IRR, this backpack combines maximum durability with reduced infrared signature and professional-grade internal organization.
With a total capacity of 50 liters, the backpack provides ample space for comprehensive medical equipment while remaining compact enough for ready-access storage inside vehicles and dynamic use in urban or tactical environments.
Carrying System and Ergonomic Handling
The integrated Padded Back carrying system ensures balanced load distribution and high carrying comfort, even when fully loaded. The length-adjustable shoulder straps allow the backpack to be worn over heavy body armor or plate carriers.
Additional side grab handles support rapid removal from vehicles or repositioning in confined spaces. The removable shoulder straps on the front pack also allow the unit to be used as a stationary medical platform or as a standalone module.
Access Concept and Mechanical Durability
The backpack is equipped with a heavy-duty size No. 10 zipper, ensuring long-term durability under intensive operational use. The wide-opening design provides immediate full access to the contents and supports structured medical workflows without time loss.
Modular Internal Organization for Medical Equipment
The interior is purpose-built for medical applications and features numerous elastic loops, attachment loops, and large hook-and-loop areas. The included hook-and-loop dividers allow flexible adaptation to different medical standards, mission profiles, or team concepts.
Several removable transparent pouches are included and can also be used independently. These pouches feature glow stick sleeves and are complemented by color-coded hook-and-loop strips for visual identification by function, priority, or module.
Dedicated Medical Features
An externally accessible disposable glove compartment on the front enables rapid access without opening the main compartment. Additional attachment points for trauma shears or similar instruments are integrated.
On both sides, the pack features side sleeves for splint systems with a width of 11 cm. Bottom loops for stretchers are integrated. The system is complemented by a removable IV fluid bag pouch.
A key component is the removable SRPP (Tegris) panel measuring 21 × 18 cm. The laser-cut hole and slot pattern allows individualized equipment fixation using bungee cord as well as additional hook-and-loop attachment.
IRR Configuration for Reduced Infrared Signature
The IRR version of the TT First Responder 50 is manufactured from Cordura 700 den IRR. All textile components, including webbing and attachment elements, comply with the infrared reflection requirements defined in German military technical delivery standards.
This results in a reduced infrared signature when viewed through night vision devices or IR-based reconnaissance systems. The backpack is therefore particularly suitable for night operations, covert approaches, and military deployments where IRR-compliant equipment is mandatory.
External Integration and System Compatibility
The backpack features MOLLE attachment areas on the sides and bottom. The side dimensions are designed to accommodate the TT Side Pocket 17. The MOLLE system on the base allows the attachment of additional equipment, such as a TT Tac Pouch 10 MKII.
