  Compact Bushcraft Tarp with Increased Resistance to Sparks

  The Helikon-Tex Supertarp Small Spark Resistant was developed for versatile outdoor and bushcraft applications and serves as a flexible weather protection solution in the field. Thanks to its robust construction, compact packed size, and increased resistance to sparks, the tarp is particularly suitable for use near campfires. This makes it a practical addition to equipment during extended stays in camp or changing weather conditions.

  Ideal Size with Compact Transport Dimensions
  

  With dimensions of 253 × 200 cm, the tarp provides sufficient coverage for various shelter and weather protection setups. Despite its durable construction, the overall weight remains transport-friendly at approximately 941 g, making it suitable for mobile outdoor setups.

  When rolled up, the packed size is reduced to only 30 × 11 × 17 cm. This allows the tarp to be stored easily in a backpack. The included stuff sack further simplifies transport and storage – even when the material is still wet after rain or high humidity.

  Spark-Resistant Material
  

  Made from 100% nylon with a fabric weight of 139 g/m², the tarp combines low weight with high resistance to mechanical stress and weather influences. The waterproof coating reliably protects against rain and moisture.

  The material also features increased resistance to sparks, reducing the risk of damage when used near campfires. However, it is not a completely fireproof fabric – prolonged contact with open flame may damage the material.

  Versatile Setup Options
  

  Thanks to a total of 19 attachment points, the tarp can be configured in numerous different ways, depending on terrain, weather conditions, and intended use. This makes it suitable both as a minimalist shelter and as additional weather protection or an emergency shelter.

  The construction is designed for intensive outdoor use and reliably withstands wind, rain, and mechanical stress. At the same time, the material remains flexible enough for quick handling and uncomplicated setup in the field. Especially in camps near fire sources, the increased spark resistance offers a functional advantage over conventional nylon tarps.

  Thanks to its compact packed size and versatile setup configurations, the tarp can be used both as primary weather protection and as a supplement to existing gear.
