The Helikon-Tex Cargo Shorts follow the classic cargo design and combine a durable material construction with a functional pocket layout. They are suitable for bushcraft, trekking, emergency preparedness, and everyday urban use when gear and EDC equipment need to be carried securely and in an organized manner.
Durable Stretch Ripstop Fabric
The PolyCotton Stretch Ripstop fabric consists of 50% polyester, 48% cotton, and 2% elastane. The stretch content supports freedom of movement, while the ripstop weave increases the fabric's resistance to regular wear and tear.
With a fabric weight of 220 g/m², the shorts provide a balanced combination of durability and wearing comfort. The weight of 350 g makes them a practical choice for warm weather conditions.
Functional Pocket Layout for EDC and Gear
With a total of eight functional pockets, there is ample storage space for equipment, tools, and personal items. In addition to classic hand pockets and rear pockets, spacious cargo pockets with flap closures complete the layout and securely accommodate larger pieces of equipment.
Side expansion pleats increase the capacity of the cargo pockets when needed while maintaining a flat profile when empty. The hook-and-loop closures provide quick access to the pocket contents.
Designed for Duty Belts
Wide belt loops accommodate belts up to 50 mm wide and help keep them securely in place, even under heavier loads. This ensures that duty belts remain stable during outdoor activities and everyday use.
