  The easiest way to regulate workouts and adjust weights based on fitness level or training plan is with a Goruck Sandbag. Different levels of difficulty are easily achieved with different weight fill. Easy, and especially for transport super convenient because they are so flexible. Whether you fill the bag with gravel, sand or dirt is up to you and your environment. Safe and tear-proof is the 40lb / 18kg bag anyway; it was designed for rucking and can withstand accordingly much.
  
  The almost indestructible, durable CORDURA 1000 den is always at all seams double stitched with all sandbags. So no fear of tearing or breaking the seams. Small user note: Please always fill only the supplied filler bag and not the sandbag itself. Otherwise, the zippers would be unnecessarily stressed and may not withstand such a continuous load.
  
  Small professional feature with big effects: The handles on all bags are padded, not rubberized. Because rubber is known to break in heat or with constant use, Goruck eliminated the problem from the start and went with the softer CORDURA variety, which is just as easy to grip but more durable in use.
  
  

  How to pack your sandbag

  
  Find the appropriate sand, dirt or gravel and pack the filler bags full with it. Then place the filler bag inside the actual sand bag. With the YKK zipper the bag is closed - done.
  
  So that you have long fun with the sandbag, please note the following for cleaning: The sandbag can be easily hosed down from the inside and outside. To care for the zippers, ZipCare should be applied to the entire zipper chain from time to time. Then run the zipper up and down a few times, then hang to air dry.
  
  Caution, no slam balls please
  Although they are badass sturdy and nearly indestructible, sandbags are not meant for hauling for miles on the road or in the scree, and they are not designed to be slam bags. But good ruckers have their own equipment for that anyway, and there are enough variants to choose from to really put the sandbag to use during a demanding session.
