Construction
Case
The 50 mm case of the Instinct 3 is made of fiber-reinforced polymer and features an aluminum-reinforced bezel. Shock-resistant, scratchproof, and certified to U.S. Military Standard MIL-STD-810, the smartwatch is water-resistant up to 10 ATM and, despite its light weight of 59 grams, withstands even the harshest environmental conditions.
Display
The 1.3-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 416 x 416 pixels delivers vibrant colors and excellent readability - even in direct sunlight. Chemically strengthened glass reliably protects the display from damage.
Wristband
Included in the box is a 26 mm silicone band with QuickFit mechanism for quick and tool-free replacement. The bands fit wrist circumferences of 141–213 mm and provide a secure and comfortable fit, even during intense activity.

Battery
The Instinct 3 is equipped with a long-lasting lithium-ion battery that offers impressive runtimes depending on the mode. Up to 30 days in battery saver mode. In GPS mode, up to 86 hours of battery life are possible - depending on usage. Intelligent power management automatically adjusts GPS frequencies and display features to conserve energy. The included charging clip is used for recharging.
Operating System
With 4 GB of memory and connectivity via Bluetooth and ANT+, the smartwatch easily connects to external accessories and smartphones. Features like Garmin Pay, music control, and smart notifications are seamlessly integrated. The watch is compatible with the Garmin Connect IQ Store, where additional apps, widgets, and watch faces can be downloaded.
