  Ich bin mit dem Service und Angebot von Tacwrk sehr zufrieden. Ich habe in den letzten Monaten sehr sehr viel bei Tacwrk für mich und meine Familie bestellt und hab auch schon einige Male die Kundenbetreuung in Anspruch genommen und kann sagen, dass ich jedesmal absolut zufrieden war wie meine Anfragen/Anliegen bearbeiten wurden. Ich würde mir jedoch wünschen, dass das Angebot von Helikon Tex etwas im Shop ausgebaut wird gerade in Bezug auf Kleidung in camo/multicam. Vieles ist zwar in Schwarz, Oliv oder Coyote erhältlich aber weniger in taktischer Farbgebung. Ausbaufähig wären auch die MBDU/MCDU Artikel, da Helikon Tex da preislich und vor allem Qualitativ hervorragend aufgestellt ist. Die Artikel sind im Shop kaum erhältlich. Ansonsten finde ich immer das Grußkärtchen vom jeweiligen Verpacker/in incl. Gummibärchen nett

  wie immer - nahezu perfekt - wenn Sie\'s noch schaffen auch Schweizer Kunden ohne Zoll zu bedienen gitbs noch ein paar Sternchen oben drauf (Amazon machts vor). Ist aber jammern auf höchstem Niveau

  Kaufe immer wieder mal bei Tacwrk.Bin sehr zufrieden mit allem was man sich als Kunde vom Versandhändler wünscht. Und darüber hinaus wird man auf Wunsch benachrichtigt sobald gewünschte Neuware verfügbar ist. Ich werde weiter hier einkaufen sofern ich entsprechendes brauche weil vertrauenswürdig und zuverlässig. Das schätze ich als alter Knabe. Machen Sie weiter so und Sie werden einen treuen Kundenstamm haben.

  Super Service! Nach einiger Zeit ist an meinem Rucksack eine Schnalle kaputt gegangen, ich konnte ihn kostenfrei einschicken und er wurde repariert :) Bin sehr zufrieden.

  Minimum weight with maximum performance

  The Mid Insulation Hoody is part of the DNS Alpha Law Enforcement series and has been specially developed for police forces who find the Heavy Insulation Hoody just too heavy and the Light Insulation Hoody not warm enough.
  

  Durable outer layer

  DNS Alpha uses mechanically textured polyamide 6.6 for the outer layer of the new Mid Insulation Hoody, which offers increased durability and comfortable stretch.
  

  Water repellent insulation

  The insulation, made of durable, water-repellent polyester, is extremely lightweight despite its excellent thermal performance. Breathable, windproof polyamide is used for the lining.
  

  Feature for dynamic use

  Thanks to the smart stretch construction in the back, the Mid Insulation Hoody offers unparalleled freedom of movement. At the wrists, a light and comfortable Lycra increases abrasion resistance. The optimally placed handwarmer pockets offer additional comfort through supplementary insulation of the pockets. The hood can be adjusted in size with a drawstring and thus adapted to the individual head shape of the user.
  

  DNS Alpha System Fit

  The unique DNS Alpha System Fit sizing system simplifies the selection of the right size and optimises the proven onion principle from base to outer layer. After successful validation of the personal DNS Alpha size, all garments can be combined with corresponding ready-to-wear garments in an exemplary manner. In the long run, this eliminates tiresome size experiments and garments can be ordered blindly and arranged in reliable harmony.
  

  Temperature management

  The DNS Alpha MId Insulation Hoody was developed for temperatures around 0°C and its performance can be optimised depending on the choice of baselayer to be combined. Of course, it should always be noted that thermoreception and the temperature sensitivity of the individual is a subjective feeling that can vary individually even by tested standards.
