  Advanced Base Components

  For the outer shell, DNS Alpha utilizes an advanced, mechanically textured Polyamide 6.6 with improved elasticity, offering an exceptional combination of durability, abrasion resistance, and flexibility. The new high-performance insulation, made of hydrophobically treated polyester, has been further refined to ensure an even better warmth-to-weight ratio. The redesigned lining, made of highly breathable and windproof polyamide, ensures a comfortable microclimate in a wide range of weather conditions. Thanks to the innovative material combination, the Light Insulation Hoodie LE Gen.2 can be packed down to an even more compact size, making it easy to store in any deployment or travel bag.

  Sophisticated Features

  The smart 4-way stretch construction in the back area has been further refined to allow even greater freedom of movement and maximum wearing comfort. A redesigned Lycra panel at the sleeve cuffs provides improved abrasion resistance and durability, even under intensive use.
