  The Akela 45 is the sporty companion for the fresh outdoor season and for the first travel plans of the year. As a classic and uncomplicated travel and trekking backpack, it is one of the best in its class in the 45 liter backpack range. Designed specifically for teenagers, the backpack is designed as a reliable scout backpack.

  With a focus on a solid, strong and comfortable carrying system that ideally supports the back and safely transfers the load, even the lightweights in the group can fully rely on the carrying comfort and proudly carry the camp gear and everything necessary for the first outdoor adventures on their backs.

  Functional, durable and made exclusively of high-quality, waterproof and lightweight materials, the 45 liter backpack easily takes on the challenges of the first trips into nature.

  Robust, durable and waterproof material

  The backpack is made of PFC-free 420 HD Nylon FD ECO, a highly durable base material specifically designed for backpacks. With a 420 thread count and a triple PU coating, the material is extremely tear-resistant and waterproof. In addition, the FD yarn gives the backpack its chic, matte finish.

  The T-Snow Crust ECO was integrated as a lightweight and abrasion-resistant polyamide fabric. Again, a PU coating ensures that the inside of the material is waterproof. Very important: Both the 420 HD Nylon FD ECO and the T-Snow Crust ECO are completely PFC-free.

  Large volume compactly packed

  With its dimensions of 69 x 28 x 19 cm and a smart division into main and bottom compartments, the Akela makes its 45 liters easy to disappear inside. The main compartment can be opened completely and can be securely closed with a snow guard. In the bottom compartment, a sleeping bag, dirty clothes or dirty shoes can be stored separately. In addition, the backpack offers a lid compartment and two spacious side pockets with zippers and a hidden insertion channel to safely store tent poles, small items and all kinds of equipment. Compression straps are provided on the bottom for a sleeping pad.

  In addition, the Akela 45 has gear loops on the lid, front and side pockets to attach additional gear.

  Carrying system with comfort

  A reliable carrying system is essential, especially for use by young people. Since the Akela 45 is specially designed for light anatomies, special emphasis was placed on a good back system. The flexible V Comfort Vario carrying system ensures efficient load distribution to the hip area, reducing potential stress on the back. The back length can be adjusted with enough leeway to position the hip belt optimally.
