  Compact Backpack for the ZP System

  The TT Turtle 50 Pack ZP is a compact equipment pack designed for the TT Zip System, developed for direct integration with plate carrier-based load-bearing systems. It serves as a low-profile, structured back module for mission-relevant equipment, tools or specialised components and enables stable, body-close load carriage without a traditional backpack harness.

  Use Scenarios

  The TT Turtle 50 Pack ZP is suitable for military and law enforcement users who require a compact back module for tools, breaching equipment or modular mission gear. The direct ZP attachment keeps the silhouette flat and movement-friendly.

  It also offers a clear structure and fast access for specialised roles with changing equipment, without the need to reconfigure the carry system.

  The TT Zip System (ZP)

  The TT Turtle 50 Pack ZP is designed for the TT Zip System. This system uses side-mounted zipper strips to attach packs or modules directly and without play to compatible plate carriers.

  The connection works without additional straps or buckles and provides a firm, symmetrical attachment to carriers such as the TT Plate Carrier QR LC ZP or MOLLE platforms with a ZP interface. The pack can therefore be mounted, exchanged or removed quickly.

  Material and Construction

  Made from Cordura 700 den, the pack offers high abrasion and tear resistance while maintaining a controlled weight. All load-bearing areas are designed for long-term operational use. Robust size #10 Vislon zippers ensure reliable function even in dirt, moisture and cold conditions.

  With dimensions of 37 × 23 × 14 cm and a volume of 7 litres, the TT Turtle 50 Pack ZP is suitable for compact, mission-critical equipment. The total weight is 572 g, keeping the pack manageable even in movement-intensive situations.

  Functional Features and Organisation

  Inside, the pack features a large MOLLE hook-and-loop panel for modular configuration as well as two flat mesh pockets for smaller items. A hydration system preparation expands its operational use.

  The lid is equipped with a separate zip compartment, complemented by a snap-button safety closure. On the front, there is a hook-and-loop panel with an integrated glow stick insert as well as a hook-and-loop strip for name identification.

  The main compartment can be folded out and allows the transport of bolt cutters up to 80 cm in length. An integrated bungee cord compression system stabilises the contents and can be removed if required.
