  Low-Profile Tourniquet Pouch with IRR Material and Full Closure Design

  The TT Tourniquet Pouch III IRR is a compact, fully closed Velcro-secured pouch designed specifically for the Combat Medical Tactical Mechanical Tourniquet (TMT). Built for professional military, law-enforcement and medical response teams, it combines rapid accessibility with secure retention and a durable construction suitable for high-demand environments.

  Fast Access and Reliable Retention

  The pouch is opened via a full-wrap Velcro closure, enabling quick, one-handed deployment of the tourniquet in emergency situations. For added security, the front flap is reinforced with a snap button, ensuring the pouch remains closed even during dynamic movement or confined operations.

  Inside, an elastic retention loop keeps the tourniquet firmly in place. In addition, four internal mounting loops allow for individualized organization or the integration of auxiliary medical components.

  Modularity and Robust Construction

  Constructed from highly durable Cordura 700 den IRR, the TT Tourniquet Pouch III IRR is engineered to withstand abrasion, weather and operational stress. The MOLLE Reverse System on the back ensures flat, secure mounting on plate carriers, med rigs or belts. Requiring only one MOLLE slot, it fits efficiently even on minimalistic or low-visibility loadouts.

  IRR Properties for Reduced Infrared Signature

  This IRR version uses Cordura 700 den IRR fabric and IRR-treated webbing that meet the German Armed Forces TL specifications as well as comparable NATO standards for infrared signature reduction. The material treatment ensures the pouch appears significantly less visible under night vision devices or infrared-based surveillance, providing a major advantage for covert movement, night operations or duties requiring enhanced camouflage.
