  The TT Tourniquet Pouch III is a compact, fully closed hook-and-loop pouch specifically designed for the Combat Medical TMT. Its reinforced construction offers reliable protection, while the low-profile shape enables discreet, body-close carry – ideal for military personnel, law enforcement and professional medics.

  Secure Retention and Controlled Handling

  The circumferential hook-and-loop closure provides rapid access without the need to operate additional fasteners. A snap button on the flap prevents accidental opening even during fast movement or when working in confined environments.

  Inside, an elastic retention loop stabilizes the tourniquet, while four additional attachment loops offer flexible options for individual positioning or for securing supplementary medical components.

  Modularity and Durable Construction

  Built from rugged Cordura 700 den, the pouch is designed to withstand demanding operational conditions. The rear-mounted MOLLE reverse system ensures a low-profile, secure attachment to plate carriers, medical panels or belts. Occupying just one MOLLE column, it fits even into compact or heavily loaded configurations.
