  With plenty of vegetables and natural flavor, this healthy pasta dish is an ideal alternative to classic meat dishes and a real option not only for avid vegetarians. With 513 calories, Tactical Foodpack Pasta and Vegetables delivers a fit energy boost free of preservatives and additives and can be prepared in minutes and eaten straight from the bag.

  May contain traces of celery and mustard!

  In only 4 steps to a warm meal:

  1. Open the bag and remove the oxygen absorber.
  2. Pour the content with 300 ml of hot water. It is best to add the warte gradually or check the liquid level again and again during the filling process.
  3. Mix water witch content for a short time, close the bag and let it steep for 8 minutes.
  4. Et voilá - a warm, wholesome and above all delicous meal is waiting for you! If necessary simply stir again and add a little water.

  Of course the Tactical Foodpacks can also be prepared with cold water in an case of emergency! In this case the content has to steep for about 15 minutes.
