  Tactical Restraint Meets Chino Styling

  With the M.U.C. Multi Utility Chino Elastane, LMS Gear expands its lineup for the first time with a tactical chino-style trouser. Designed for situations where functionality is required without the appearance of overt duty wear. Visually unmistakably civilian, technically unmistakably tactical. Compared to the well-known M.U.D. Jeans, the chino is lighter, dries faster, and maintains a more discreet overall profile—without sacrificing durability.

  Material and Construction

  The trousers are made from a durable performance blend of 92% Cotton, 6 % Polyester, 2 % Elastane. The result is a breathable fabric with noticeable stretch that moves naturally with the body without losing its shape. A DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating reduces moisture and dirt adhesion. The surface remains pleasantly grippy and avoids an artificial, coated feel. Triple stitching, partially executed with Kevlar thread, along with consistently clean workmanship, emphasizes the focus on long-term durability.

  Freedom of Movement and Secure Fit

  An integrated gusset in the crotch area significantly improves mobility, especially when kneeling, sitting, or making quick positional changes. The cut is modern with a slight taper, ensuring the trousers are neither bulky nor restrictive. Seven robust belt loops, three of them positioned at the rear, distribute the load of heavy belts or equipment evenly. The leg openings are sized to fit comfortably over tactical boots. Two subtle eyelets above the front pockets allow for the attachment of lanyards or small carabiners.

  Low-Profile Pocket Layout

  A total of eight pockets are available. In addition to the classic four-pocket layout, extra compartments are integrated into the front and rear areas, remaining barely visible from the outside. The concealed front pockets accommodate multitools, smartphones, folding knives, or magazines. Each side can hold two pistol magazines or one rifle magazine. At the rear, generously sized slip-in compartments overlay the back pockets, providing space even for AR15 or AK47 magazines as well as compact IFAKs—without discomfort when seated. All pockets are reinforced and designed for sustained load-bearing use. The overall finish is completed by a color-matched YKK zipper and a matte black logo button.

  Fit and Size Selection

  The M.U.C. is available in lengths 30 (up to approx. 1.82 m), 32 (up to approx. 1.84 m), 34 (up to approx. 1.88 m), and 36 (from approx. 1.88 m). If the length is not ideal, the trousers can be easily tailored without affecting the cut. Those already wearing M.U.D. Jeans from LMS Gear can generally select the same waist size. For larger inside-the-waistband holsters, choosing one size up in the waist may be advisable.

  Care Instructions for Maximum Longevity
