Comfort Padding for Plate Carriers and Vests
The Shoulder Pad HL105 allows unpadded shoulder straps on plate carriers to be upgraded, improving comfort during prolonged operations. By increasing the contact surface and integrating padding, even heavily equipped setups are well-prepared for long missions.
Easy to Integrate
For attachment to the protective vest, a Hypalon channel with internal hook fastener is located on the shoulder pad. The shoulder strap is inserted here and engages with the loop surface on the underside of the shoulder strap to remain securely fixed. The channel accommodates straps up to approximately 50mm wide. Compatibility with shoulder straps with fixed buckles may be limited. Additionally, the channel has an external loop surface, which also allows integration into the hook-and-loop fastener of shoulder straps.
The Extra Comfort
An integrated foam with approximately 8mm thickness comfortably pads the wearer, while the shape distributes the weight evenly across a larger area. The underside made of spacer fabric further cushions and reduces heat buildup for lasting comfort during high activity and warm weather.
