After many years of successful use of the popular Patriot Jacket by Helikon-Tex, it is now available in an upgraded version: the new Patriot Jacket MK2. The technical evolution of the classic features a modern, sleek design and incorporates improved material properties for maximum performance.
Hybrid Fleece Material: Lightweight, Warm, and Breathable
The Patriot Jacket Mk2 is made of an innovative hybrid fleece material weighing 340 g/m2. The new material composition significantly reduces the jacket's weight, increases breathability, while maintaining the excellent warmth properties of the original version.
The hybrid fleece material is a smart combination of classic fleece on the outside and grid fleece on the inside, similar to Helikon-Tex Alpha Hoodies and Tactical Jackets. This structure gives the jacket a lightweight and breathable quality without compromising on warmth. Additionally, zippered ventilation openings under the arms support optimal heat regulation.
Improved Design for Field Use
The Patriot Jacket Mk2 not only showcases a more contemporary design but also offers enhanced functionality. It features a total of seven pockets, including two at chest height and two new pockets at the hips. These pockets are strategically placed to provide the user with maximum freedom in arranging their equipment.
Convenient hook-and-loop closures with pen slots on the shoulders provide an easy way to attach pens. Forearm slots contribute to additional ventilation and freedom of movement.
