  The Hanwag Banks GTX is the optimized new edition of an absolute Hanwag classic.
  
  The multifunctional Banks GTX is not only suitable for demanding
  Alpine use under difficult conditions, but also for relaxed plain tours and day hikes with the family.
  
  The full nubuck leather shoe now has a somewhat roomier
  Forefoot area for optimized walking comfort in an increased fit range, while the reinforced PU foam wedge provides superior soft cushioning and natural rolling motion.
  
  The proven Gore-Tex membrane guarantees optimal breathability and high waterproofness and the Vibram Endurance Pro sole, based on an advanced rubber compound, offers a wide tread area in the heel and supports the wearer with excellent stability during strenuous marches.
  
  Internal stitch-and-turn seams provide the Banks GTX with enduring durability and durable cast metal hooks hold the shoe reliably on the foot.
