  The HAIX Black Eagle Athletic 2.1 GTX mid offers a perfect combination of high-performance materials and innovative design. As a duty shoe for police forces, it is designed with a unique fiber combination in the upper material for durability and comfort, while the lining simultaneously guarantees waterproofness and breathability. As a shoe for demanding activities, challenging terrains, and enhanced security conditions, it provides the comfort and protection required in the field.
  

  Upper Material and Lining

  Microfiber/Textile Combination

  The upper material of the HAIX Black Eagle Athletic 2.1 GTX mid is characterized by an innovative microfiber/textile combination. This combination offers an outstanding balance between durability and comfort while enabling efficient breathability by actively wicking moisture outward. This process is supported by the finely processed microfiber fabric, which is distinguished by its vapor permeability and allows the foot to breathe, ensuring an optimal shoe climate even during demanding activities.
  

  Gore-Tex Extended for Optimized Climate Comfort

  Inside the tactical boot, a three-layer Gore-Tex Extended lining with its waterproof properties simultaneously provides a highly breathable climate. The abrasion-resistant lining is particularly suitable for the flexible transition between indoor and outdoor areas due to its optimized climate comfort.
  

  Sole

  Insole for Optimal Comfort

  The insole in the tactical boot offers effective moisture resistance and is easy to maintain thanks to its washability at 30 °C. The separate heel shape of the insole ensures improved cushioning and foot insertion. With "AIRFLOW" channels that optimize air circulation and ensure a comfortable wearing experience, and an additional integrated cushioning wedge - part of the HAIX Absorption System - comfort is guaranteed even on long working days.
  

  Outsole with HAIX Anti Slip Technology

  The outsole made of a special rubber compound is characterized by its resistance and slip resistance against fuels and oils, as well as its heat and cold insulation according to EN ISO 20347:2012. Its non-marking and self-cleaning properties ensure long-lasting quality and appearance. Thanks to the HAIX Anti Slip Technology also used in the Black Eagle Athletic 2.1 GTX mid, the shoe impresses with exceptional grip on various surfaces, even in cold conditions. The special sole construction and rubber provide extremely high slip resistance and stability. The antistatic feature of the sole also ensures safety in sensitive working environments where static discharge is a risk.
  

  Midsole and HAIX Climate System

  The elastic two-layer PU midsole is lightweight and cushioning, providing optimal pressure distribution on uneven terrain. The HAIX Climate System utilizes the natural pumping movement of the foot for air circulation, efficiently dissipating warm air.
  

  Fit and Lacing

  Dynaframe and Stabilizer for Structural Integrity

  For a stable and secure fit, the HX design element, Dynaframe, made of tensile and tear-resistant PU material, is integrated. The Dynaframe system surrounds the midfoot area and is strategically positioned to effectively transfer the tensile forces of the lacing elements. This ensures a secure and stable fit of the shoe on the foot, which is particularly important in dynamic situations. Its robust yet flexible structure stabilizes the midfoot area. This stabilization is essential for maintaining the correct foot position and prevents unwanted movements within the shoe. A heel clip stabilizes the rear foot and provides additional support.
  

  HAIX Vario Wide Fit System

  With the HAIX Vario Wide Fit System, the width of the shoe can be individually adjusted. The shoe is standardly supplied with a red insole (medium). Yellow (wide) and blue (narrow) insoles are available separately to ensure a perfect fit.
  

  Additional Features

  The lightweight design of the shoe, weighing only 535 g per shoe, guarantees fatigue-free performance, essential for long deployments and dynamic activities. The pull loop facilitates quick donning and doffing, a necessity in situations where every second counts.
  
  The closed lacing system ensures an optimized fit and prevents the entry of dirt and foreign bodies. The practical lacing pocket offers a safe and inconspicuous storage of the laces, thereby significantly reducing the risk of snagging and accidents.
