  Adhesive Repair Tape for Field-Use
  

  Whether on long bushcraft tours, in the field, or during outdoor adventures, Gear Aid Tenacious Tape Repair Tape significantly extends the lifespan of gear and clothing. During demanding activities, the first tear is only a matter of time. This tape is easy to apply and offers a quick, effective solution for unexpected damage without the need for needle and thread.
  

  Versatile Applications

  The strong adhesive back of the Tenacious Tape adheres reliably to various materials such as nylon, rubber, polyester, and different natural fabrics. Made from durable, tightly woven nylon, the tape is both resilient and long-lasting. For temporary repairs, the tape can be easily removed with heat after the mission. For a permanent solution, it can be left in place and optionally reinforced with, for example, Gear Aid Aquaseal FD. This versatility makes Tenacious Tape an essential component for extended tours and deployments.
  

  Simple Application

  The repair tape can be cut to any size to fix both small and large damages. For optimal adhesion, the affected area should first be cleaned and dried with isopropanol. The Tenacious Tape is then applied to the cleaned area and pressed down firmly. For burn holes, an additional piece of tape can be applied from the inside to increase stability. After a 24-hour drying period, the tape reaches its full adhesive strength and offers long-term protection against moisture. The repaired garment can then be washed without any issues.

  Hab ich seit Jahren in meinem Survivalset. Super Hilfsmittel um mal schnell ne Daunenjacke oder Regenbekleidung abzudichten. Auf SilNylon hält es leider nicht wirklich.
