  Vor der Bestellung hatte ich eine Frage zum gewünschten Artikel, innerhalb kürzester Zeit bekam ich eine Antwort. Die bestellte Ware kam innerhalb von 3 Tagen sauber verpackt bei mir an. Ein Teil wurde zurück geschickt. Auch das war kein Problem. Rücksendelabel ausgedruckt, bei der Packstation aufgegeben und nach 5 Tagen Geld zurück.
