The outer fabric consists of 75% wool, making the hood particularly warm and durable. Wool is well-known for its natural insulating properties and its ability to retain warmth even when damp. The remaining 20% polyamide and 5% polyester in the outer fabric provide additional robustness and durability without significantly increasing the weight.
Inner Fabric and Insulation for Additional Warmth
The inner fabric of the Loden Hood is made of 100% polyester, a material known for its softness and its ability to wick moisture away quickly.
