Description
Adaptable Chest Rig
The Reaper Rig by Agilite Gear is a scalable chest rig that draws on the modern features of Agilite Gear plate carriers. It stands out due to its versatile usability, ranging from a discreet micro rig to a fully upgraded combat gear carrier. The simple compatibility with interchangeable placards blurs the line between ballistic and non-ballistic setups, offering a more uniform application.
Constructed from Quality Materials
As expected from the Israeli high-end brand, top-quality base materials have been used. The rig remains securely in shape thanks to the use of thermoplastic composite material CURV and withstands daily wear with Duraflex hardware. The front features laser-cut PALS made of abrasion-resistant Squadron laminate and sewn-on loop surface for superior modularity.
Excellent Compatibility
As a compact rig with eight columns of PALS on the front, it can accommodate a variety of modular pouches for a customized setup. For easy assembly of mission-specific gear, the chest rig is also compatible with Agilite’s interchangeable placards, which can be attached via hook and loop with G-Hook or buckle. This allows for quick and easy conversion of the plate carrier’s front setup into a carry system without ballistic protection.
Individually Expandable
Thanks to the hook and loop based design, various adaptations can be made, just like with Agilite's proven plate carriers. Accessories like the multicam-70025" target="_blank">Agilite Gear Six Pack Hanger, multicam-77352" target="_blank">Agilite Gear MD2 Compact Trauma Kit, or other Velcro-compatible modules can be attached to the integrated hook and loop flap at the bottom, even if no placard is used. For expansion with additional MOLLE space, the Agilite Gear Warfighter Wings are available, adding three additional columns of PALS to each side of the rig.
Superior Carrying System
The special HX-carrying system combines the benefits of H- and X-straps for optimal adaptability to the mission – the chest rig can be worn over the uniform or over protective vests. For optimal position of the cross-section the shoulder straps have an integrated lenght adjustment. The adjustment of the slings themself is done via ladder buckles, with the excess length secured by hook and loop straps. For easy fine adjustment, the straps are additionally equipped with a forward adjustability feature, making it easy to adjust them in the field with full gear to accommodate different clothing layers or for a better fit while stationary. The straps are also equipped with PALS and loops for secure routing of cables and hydration hoses.
