  Low-Profile Tourniquet Pouch for Wide TMT Models

  The TT Tourniquet Pouch III is a fully enclosed hook-and-loop secured pouch designed for tactical tourniquets, specifically optimized for the Combat Medical Tactical Mechanical Tourniquet (TMT). Its compact construction and stabilizing internal features enable rapid access while maintaining reliable retention. Developed for professional use by military personnel, police units and emergency responders, it combines quick handling with robust protection.

  Secure Retention and Controlled Emergency Access

  The pouch is closed with a circumferential hook-and-loop closure, allowing fast one-handed opening in critical situations. A secondary snap-button closure on the front flap adds an extra level of security, ensuring the tourniquet remains protected even during intense movement or confined-space operations.

  Inside, an elastic fixation loop holds the tourniquet firmly in place. In addition, four internal attachment loops offer multiple configuration options, allowing users to position the TMT or similar tourniquets according to operational preferences.

  Constructed from Cordura 700 den, the TT Tourniquet Pouch III provides excellent abrasion and tear resistance—essential for demanding tactical environments involving frequent contact with gear, structures or rough surfaces.
